Service Level Descriptions

As the name implies use this service
level when there is something you need to know or
something you need resolved right now. Our
response time is typically immediate for remote and
within 30 minutes to be on-site in the case of a
mission critical event. In
the event a tech is not available simply call more
than one time in a row to alert us of a mission
critical event and someone will excuse themselves
from whatever they are doing.

Use this service level when you would
like the issue resolved today. Typically these
issues are resolved within 4 hours or less from
contacting us.

|
This service level is the choice when
something needs to be done, however is not a rush or
mission critical.
We always default to same day whenever possible and
will acknoledge your request within 2 hours.

|
The Planning service level is for
short term projects, major improvements, or business
process improvements. When aware of a planning
request we will contact you same day to set an
appointment to have an initial meeting regarding
your project.
