reporting and planning tools to ensure best
practices are followed and follow up with each

overcommunicate to give the person the choice to
use the information. When in doubt if someone
would like know something, take a minute to
relay the message but do not waste their time.

desired relay the issue and solution information
to the customer in terms that are understood.

Fail to plan and plan to
fail. Even during the most busy times take the
time out to review the plan if there is one,
create one if there is not, and organize what is
